Les Mills – Grit
High-intensity interval training workouts designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle and maximise calorie burn.
This cutting-edge HIIT session uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups, with powerful music and inspiring coaches to get you going harder and reach your fitness goals faster.
Class length: 30 minutes

Les Mills – CX Worx
Focusing on muscles around your body’s core, this workout is ideal for tightening the torso, tummy and butt.
CXWORX™ hones the muscles that connect your upper and your lower body, using resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight to exercise the hips, butt and lower back, and generally improve sports performance. Each move has different options, so it’s ideal for every level of fitness.

Les Mills – Bodypump
A barbell workout that uses light to moderate weights with lots of reps to get you lean, toned and fit fast.
Instructors encourage, motivate and push you through moves to pumping music, helping you achieve much more than you would on your own. A total body workout that burns up to 540 calories.
Class length: 30, 45 or 55 minutes

Les Mills – Bodycombat
A high-energy workout merging elements of karate, tae kwondo, boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira and kung fu.
This non-contact martial arts-inspired class encourages you to punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories in a session. With no complex moves to master, it challenges you to up the intensity and make the most of every round.
