Broga® classes are designed for men and women of all abilities, offering different ways challenging your body. The Full Body class runs through chest, back, legs and shoulders for a full workout that strengthens the core, tones muscles and gets your cardio up, as well as reducing stress and leading to an overall sense of wellbeing.

Our meditation classes bring a long, long list of benefits. Number one has to be stress reduction, along with managing anxiety, sleep disorders and even chronic pain. Meditation boosts the attention span, focus and creativity, as well as helping to develop positivity and mindfulness.

The Broga® Chest class works on building upper body strength and mobility in the shoulder joints, giving you the pumped-up feeling you get from working out. Set against a cool soundtrack, it’s perfect for those with poor posture, limited flexibility or stress.
