In the rural countryside overlooking a rolling valley with skylarks high overhead, Daniel explores traditional ashtanga postures coupled with his own brand of dynamic movements. Calm, confident and deeply spiritual, Daniel’s life-long interest in yoga started as a child in war-torn Venezuela, when he discovered the spiritual traditions of the East. After several years learning in India under yogi masters, he emerged with a unique fusion of yoga and osteopathic adjustment that addresses long-term health.

Now he runs meditation and yoga retreats in his own forest that calm the mind and promote inner peace. Daniel is a real modern-day yogi shamen.

If you haven’t experienced it yet, sound healing is a powerful, therapeutic force for mind and body. In a verdant Japanese garden on a summer’s day, join Salma on a journey of letting go… of needing to compete with yourself, of allowing your body to release, and of receiving love.

The class begins with the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls that harmonise and balance the body at a cellular level, before Salma guides you through an exceptionally gentle yoga class that promotes releasing tension and stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised.

A truly epic adventure awaits as Adrienne leads us through the dazzling colours, textures and mysteries of a bustling Moroccan souk and then into the vastness of African desert sands, framed by distant mountains and a profound sense of openness. Like the beating desert sun, this class explores the idea of generating heat and fire in the body through a beautiful rhythm of Vinyasa poses.

Adrienne has a disarmingly calm presence as she shows you how to build up your own inner fire. The class begins with grounded postures and builds up until you take graceful flight with your body. It reflects her belief in shedding the fire and ash in life, striving to rise above it all to see clearly the beauty all around you. It’s a rare experience to savour.

With a strong history of competitive sport, including rugby, bodybuilding and triathlons, Dylan learned first-hand that when it comes to exercise, it isn’t about the short win but how we play the long game. His Animal Flow class uses the body in fluid and functional ways to increase strength and mobility, with a view towards enhancing performance in other sports.

When you take Dylan’s class, you step onto the track at the epic Crystal Palace athletics stadium that has hosted the FA World Cup, Grand Prix athletics meetings and the IAAF World Cup track and field event. It’s a breathtaking moment.

As a former championship boxer and athlete, Ben’s scientific approach to yoga challenges all your leg muscles for a thorough workout using the body’s natural resistance to increase strength, fitness and flexibility.

The location is a richly patinated historic warehouse building with sunlight streaming in, perfectly mirroring his simple and ultra-focused style. Ben guides you through the basics of calisthenic movement, performed rhythmically with no equipment but with an expert level of mind-muscle connection. Expect to have that post-gym workout burn the next day.

Join Inez for an intimate dance session at home in a luxury warehouse apartment, with a fabulous fusion of contemporary dance and yoga movement for a full-body workout. Combining the signature moves of some of the greatest contemporary dance choreographers with static yoga postures, this class works on building long, lean muscles, flexibility and strength.

Defying the ageing process, Inez emphasises beauty in maturing and promotes a healthy, accepting relationship between the body and mind.

If you want a taste of what it’s like to train at the Royal Ballet, principal dancer Fernando will take you behind the scenes of the Royal Opera House at Covent Garden for an exclusive workout.

Coming from a simple background with a limited outlook for growth and expansion, the Columbian native beat all odds to become one of the world’s most celebrated dancers, using hard work, pure determination as well as talent to achieve his dream.

With a live rehearsal piano accompanist that professionals use for practice, Fernando guides you through all the basics of ballet to build stronger core, better posture, and toned and tightened legs.

A Canadian native, Kari grew up in the outdoors by the Great Lakes, and was inspired by her mother to pursue a career in fitness. Now, she is passing that inspiration on to others.

We join her in an atmospheric vintage boathouse, where she delivers a dynamic class that gives full body strengthening and toning. Don’t expect a standard floor-based pilates session; Kari gets you off the mat to work not only the muscles of the core and spinal alignment, but to challenge your legs and arms. You’ll also learn about what inspires her, while she’s charming you to work to your maximum potential.

On a rainy day, Loren nurtures you through a yin class aimed at anybody looking for a gentle moment all to themselves or some time out from the world.

Cosy up to the crackling fire in a luxury barn farmhouse as Loren shows you new wonderful ways to use your body and breath, brightening up your spirits through using gentle fluid movements to unblock and release any mental and physical tensions that you may be experiencing.

As founder of global brand Broga Fitness Yoga, Matt is the embodiment of his philosophy: you’re never too old for adventure or to use your body in new ways. The unfailingly optimistic Californian paddleboards along a stunning scenic coastline to a secluded beach cove to host a Lower Body Rehab class, designed to encourage deep stretching and full leg, knee and hip mobility.

This session works through all the joints and muscles of the legs with the option of reducing or increasing the difficulty level based on ability. It’s ideal for those who are nursing an injury or getting back into exercise.

At home in a modern floor-to-ceiling glass apartment with amazing views over London’s River Thames, Molly’s nurturing presence guides you through a series of highly creative sequences that connect you with each of the elements in the universe, artistically connecting one posture into the next.

With a calming but strong presence, Molly found herself in a nurturing role at a young age raising her younger brother. She continues this nurturing with the loving, caring relationships she has with her students today.

Liz, our teacher, is in the same position herself as she escapes from the pressures of city life to the natural beauty of a forest, with shimmering trees and beautiful open skies. This forms the backdrop to her beginners’ Hatha class, where she helps you re-ground yourself through exploring gentle movements and deep, relaxing breathing that will leave your body and spirit refreshed.

Liz has a casual naturalness about her that will make you feel comfortable, included and filled with joy. A perfect yoga class for beginners that caters for any body type.
